PSA should ignore all those unconstitutional laws and ship all of us anything we want. Then when they get shut down, everyone is screwed. That’s a swell idea.

Federally the products they sell are legal. Unless you’re an idiot you should know that the law passed in Washington state is completely unconstitutional under both the Washington State Constitution and the United States Constitution.
When I can’t buy any replacement parts for my rifle even a buffer spring any company preaching the second amendment should push back 100 percent.
These liberal states aren’t just looking to ban in their states. They are aiming at the whole Untied States. Let them gain this foot placement in the courts without a fight and it will spread like wild fire.
The gun banning agenda of the left isn’t a mystery to us. It’s still a waste of your energy to be angry at PSA, they have an entire team dedicated to furiously keeping up with the constant moving of the goal posts by state and local politicians all over the country, so again, if that team has gotten to the point where they have declared your state a lost cause and not worth the effort to attempt to sell to because of potential blowback, then you as a citizen have an obligation to stand up to said politicians, not let them run wild and become angry at the companies their policies harm.

Nobody has, nor will argue with you that it’s “unconstitutional”. Although to quote you yourself, it is a “law passed”. Law is law, like it or not.

I’m just saying Palmetto shouldn’t preach anything about the second amendment unless they are willing to fight for it. I understand them not shipping to WA until it’s overturned, but they should follow suite like Aeroprecision. That’s a true company fighting for the second amendment. The law passed in Washington and doesn’t affect them at all to manufacture and sell their parts from Washington state, but they instantly filed a lawsuit on behalf of the people of Washington State.
PSA was busy fighting against the ATF re: braces and now Shield Arms re:micro dagger mags. They are also an SC company as opposed to Aero which is in WA.
Like I stated in my other comment. They could have supported the people of Washington State just like Aeroprecision is. Once over turned Palmetto will see a huge drop in sales coming from Washington State as we switch our support to companies willing to stand up and throw their money behind their customers.
I’m sure all the weapon manufacturers rallied behind standing up to the ATF for the brace issue. I understand where both companies are from. Aeroprecision on the other hand wasn’t affected at all in the law that was passed to sell and manufacture from the state of Washington, but still put their money behind the people of Washington.
But PSA isnt the defender of YOUR states laws. If they had to do that for all 50 states there wouldnt be a PSA. They are a gun company, not a law office.

All gun manufacturers should defend the rights of the people in all states. Not just the state they reside in. Don’t be preaching this when the state you reside in has this occurring.
Why are you even on a Washington state forum anyways being from South Carolina. Just to stick up for your precious Palmetto? When in reality we all should be rallying against this corruption. Shouldn’t matter where it is located.

They always agree with each other across the entire nation while us republicans sit around instead of agreeing that the second amendment should be protected and fought for in every state that I should just move. Are you really that dumb? I wouldn’t have to move somewhere pro second amendment if people like you would pull their heads out of their ■■■ and fight for people’s rights regardless of where they live.
I do know personal attacks are not permitted here. You should put as much fervor into changing your states laws rather than bashing a 2A friendly corporation and 2A friendly people in other states. JMHO
