I have a GF3 PSAK47. I bought my first metal ak magazine and found it would not lock into the receiver. All the polymer magazines work fine. So was this a bad magazine? Have any of you other PSAK owners successfully used metal magazines? If, what brand?
File the bottom of the rear tab so the catch can close. I bought 5 pmags, 4 fit, one needed filing. It’s not uncommon to need to modify the mags to fit.

The bottom of that tab, filing the top will point the rounds more parallel with the chamber instead of up and in and will cause jams. Filing the bottom will keep the same angle but allow the mag release to lock.
