While trying to reassemble my slide I launched the striker spring into outer space. How do I get a replacement?

You lost the spring or the detent on the back of the spring?

I found the little plastic rod but I can’t find the metal spring.

I traveled from Ohio to see a PSA store, bought an RK1 slide out of the bargain bin in Columbia, SC. I took the slide apart in my hotel room found the striker spring detent is broken and no replacement online. How can i acquire one? Thanks.
