How do you actually get the updated striker. I ordered two of the updated strikers from the PSA website. I received two of the older strikers (no dot, wider tip). I reached out to PSA customer service. They sent me instructions and a label to return them for an exchange.
10 days or so goes by and nothing. I reach out for status and I’m told they don’t have them a refund will be processed (which it was).
How do people actually buy the updated striker? No point reordering regardless of what the website says if I’m going to get the older style and then a refund later. Thanks.
They switched a while ago so my understanding is all inventory is the new style. Maybe @mattbbb14 can share further info.
Everything in the warehouse should have been the gen 3 compatible design. I will reach out and try to get it resolved
Thanks. At this point PSA owes me nothing. They did refund my money when I returned the strikers. I definitely had the older design.
Would love to buy a couple of spares of the new design. I’ve got 3 daggers with high round counts. No issues at all but when something does wear/break I like to have spares with me and I like the universal fit of the newer style. Thanks.
