True, it is a rmr foot print but like the rso the window is bigger and slightly forward. I wanted the lighter side with the rear sight on the rear of the slide, but they don’t offer it.

The SRO is compatible with “most RMR mounts” but i think Trijicon doesnt even guarantee fit with all.
Does that one fit?
If im not mistaken the Sig uses a unique pattern. The holosun should fit. Does it have the holes on the bottom of the optic for the two alignment studs on the slide?

Yes, when I put it on and align the holes the front of the optic is out of the cutout.
I suggest you contact CS, or if you can wait until Monday @sean.psa or @Anthony_PSA might be able to help you. Despite ordering an RMR slide as the description states, i believe you were sent a doctor cut slide.

You have an RMR cut slide… The 407 you have pictured is a 407k, which uses a modified Sheild footprint not the RMR footprint. The 407c uses the RMR footprint. You just don’t have correct optic. Boom! Problem solved

Ah, thats it. I forgot about the 2 different 407s. The 407k is used for micro or pocket sized guns.
Mine is a 407K-GR

I made the same mistake on the same product that you did Hutchins.
I ended up buying a Swamp Fox Justice for $160 after a 30% military discount.
And the Swamp Fox has the shake and wake feature.
