Shipping time questions

I tried calling support number and the automated system said to use the chat, then hung up but then chat is offline

There is no rhyme or reason to PSA shipping times. I have learned to be patient. They always come through.
I ordred an AK-V right before Christmas. Came in three days. Ordred a lower parts build kit without the receiver, took two weeks, but it came.
I cannot imagine the orders you are filling.

I ordered a build kit with lower parts and complete upper.

@Joshlovesguns I am not sure if you’re a company representative who can answer this, but how exactly could the order be “lost”? This was an in stock item, which to me means remove one from stock, label it and ship it. PSA website contradicts itself. Says “shipped” and “ready for UPS” on the same page. UPS, who is accessible for customer service, researched the location of the package again. They told me the package has never been in their possession. Also, the PSA website says it will be delivered tomorrow, 1/7.

Josh does indeed work for PSA. UPS looses packages all the time, and blames others.

Although I’m sure it happens, I have never in 50 years had a package simply “lost” by ups. Once it’s in their possession, I have always been able to at least track it to see just how delayed it’s going to be. I understand shipping takes time and there are multiple variables that could get in the way but information is inaccurate and contacting someone at PSA is next to impossible, unless you have 60-90 minutes to listen to elevator music.

Ups lost one for me right before Christmas. Amazon sent me all the updates…shipped, arriving tomorrow, and then “package is delayed”. Amazon initiated a trace (which PSA can do for you) and it was listed as lost. Never showed up and they refunded my money after 2 weeks.

I have a UPS driver that refuses to deliver ANY package to my house. I’m glad you’ve had success.

I’m in year 7 of my battle with United Pathetic Service.

I f*cking hate them.

What I see on every f*cking delivery 24/7/365.

I ordered my lower kit on Christmas day and it came yesterday,
Hope you get it sorted Rodney. They have never let me down.
I have ordered thousands of dollars from PSA since October before last and it always happens.

Yea, you are on their hate list.

I’m sure it’ll be sorted. Thanks for the responses. Like someone above, I too am a bit impatient. I would, however be a bit more understanding with better communication and updates.

They’ve listed my address in their billing department as a commercial address, so I can’t sign up for their UPS My Choice to reroute packages.

Nobody can possibly understand my absolute contempt for that company.

Damn Dude,
Sounds like this issue is personal.
You have pissed someone off for sure.

I worship the ground my fellow package carriers bring my stuff, and it is a lot.

The driver is scared to come up my driveway because it’s steep, and the previous owner went over the edge and died.

A snowplow driver came across the wreckage in the street below.

So he refuses to deliver.

:scream_cat:

Cases of ammo are 30 pounds, they do not complain.
Where do you live?

Well,
If it is a life or death situation. Come on.

It’s not.

My wife and kids drive up and down this driveway every day.

He just doesn’t want to do his job. His replacements when he’s sick or on vacation deliver, USPS delivers. FedEx and DHL deliver. Amazon delivers.

He’s a :scream_cat:

He chose this route, bid on it. Then refuses to deliver. I’m not the only house on his route he refuses to deliver to.

He’s not in a UPS truck either. He’s in a 4wd pickup.

The P/O had health and alcohol issues. He went over the driveway edge a few times. The trees finally gave out.
