Is there any information regarding when PSA will stop shipping “banned” items to Virginia? For reference, Midway is currently June 15.
Also, will PSA continue to ship parts to Virginia after July 1, complete AR upper receivers, threaded barrels, etc?
We can find out. It will depend on when the law officially goes into effect. As for future stuff, it depends on what the advice of the PSA legal and compliance teams.
That would be greatly appreciated. I have some lowers that need to be built out with uppers, but am trying to figure out what to prioritize before new laws screw us all in VA
I don’t know all the ins and outs of the law but stripped upper receivers might be a quick and easy way to get started.

We don’t have the full list of what they will/won’t ship yet. If and when we hear from the PSA Legal/Compliance we will let you know. The deadline right now is June 23 for orders/shipping.
That PSA makes every reasonable effort (and many Above/Beyond efforts!) to facilitate Customers in Totalitarian/soon-to-be-Totalitarian States says a lot about them. That’s why it irritates me to see people sometimes slag them off for “Why don’t you sell XXX/YYY/ZZZ to (insert Marxist/Communist State Name here) - it’s not TOTALLY Illegal on the sidewalk where I’m Standing! I thought you all were Really Really Real ‘Murricanz!”

(I know that isn’t Happening in this thread - not even trying to insinuate that at all. It’s the impending Hammer about to hit Virginia merely brings this to mind.)
A matter that most people dont take into consideration is the potential legal cost of opinion. The law may not restrict something. But some lefty judge will interpret the law incorrectly and then the company is left with a huge legal bill or sanction. Fighting is also up to them.
The left operates in a "guilty until bankrupt despite innocence " manner. The punishment is the process.
