This pistol shoots!

I now have about 300 rounds thru my 10.5" AR-V (blem), all at the carbine challenge course at the range, and this pistol has really grown on me. It is definitely a shooter. The challenge course has targets from 50 yds (various steel) to as close as 12 yds (IDPA), and the AR-V is both fun to shoot and surprisingly accurate. The last round BCG hold open is great to have when running the course, and there have been no issues with the magazines from PSA (and a couple of after market). I did swap out triggers, although the PSA trigger was certainly adequate, and still am adjusting to the mag release (which I modified to make it easier to manipulate) and Scorpion style bolt release, but those aren’t “show stoppers.”

What kind of ammo was you using?

I’ve used Blazer 115 FMJ, my own reloads (Blue Bullets and HP38), and a few Fed HST. I’ve had no function issues and accuracy has been quite good.
