Anyone else’s dagger barrel appear to have uneven grooves in the rifling? Two of grooves are very well defined, and on the opposite side of the barrel the grooves are almost invisible. It is as if the button or broach was pulled through off-center from the diameter of the barrel. Seems to group well in spite of this. The difference in depth is also perceptible by lightly running a plastic cleaning rod around the interior of the barrel.
Haven’t heard that one. Can you post some pictures?
Just checked mine and rifling looks normal.
In the first image the deeper grooves are at roughly 1 and 2:30 o’clock on the crown. In the second image I rotated the barrel 180 degrees to make clear that isn’t just the perspective of the photo and the deeper grooves can be seen at roughly 7 and 8:30 o’clock.
If it bothers you contact customer service and they will fix you up. They are not on the forums though.
Customer service will love you for taking those pictures with an explanation. I loved when people would bring a firearm in and say “It doesn’t work” and could not say what was wrong. 99% of the time it was user error.
I agree those pictures will be helpful in fixing a problem in machining

Fantastic! I Knew that they would take care of it, but it’s great to see confirmation.
Forgot to mention, Dagger has literally 15 round count down range. Going to check the second dagger with zero rounds down range. May contact PSA, see if thats normal or something that just got past QC, due to high demand.

How long did the process take. I have reached out to customer support with the information they requested. Waiting to hear back with RMA
Dagger update: 12/12/21
So, I learned today I have a walking pin Dagger.
Pin walked to the right, which is odd since it tok some effort to push it back the its intended location, all while gently wiggling the trigger and slide lock lever.
I will provide updates as time allows.
