An Oversight. Crazylady just hasn’t Noticed them. Yet.
I mean, they are going after Brownells, of all companies. No cheap-arse Crinimal is purchasing $1200-$1800 rifle kits, or $1600 80% 1911 kits from them to rob and murder.
To think that they will not eventually add JJE to their Bullshartz suit is wishful thinking.
Same here as this whole shipping issue is news to me and one of the reasons I had to cancel my $900 order which I love but dont want confiscated and destroyed. Besides with the 4th shootings who knows how the lefy will exploit it to punish law abiding citizens 2nd Amendment rights. They know politically theyre in trouble so they are furious and pulling out all the stops. This in my opinion anyway…
Lol isnt it illegal to destroys someones property for personal beliefs or grievances? Id let them and sue and then buy multiple rifles.
Rogue UPS drivers just allowed to go haywire with no consequences? Lol
UPS, in an attempt to mitigate liability, has opened themselves up for numerous lawsuits thus increasing their liability beyond that which they were attempting to mitigate. Typical knee jerk strategic error.
If UPS were to destroy a package, no matter what the (legal) contents or who shipped them, they would open themselves to a huge lawsuit. They accepted the package, took money for it and agreed to deliver it. They can not simply change their mind afterwards!
However, I would suggest that all of us not ship anything, ever again, via UPS anymore, even when they back down off this really stupid idea! Let them rot on the vine. They will eventually figure out this idea was a terrible one, someone high up will be “sacrificed” to the public for coming up with the idea and they will smile and say it was a big mistake, now everyone come back and bring our profits back up. Well, I say hell no, UPS can go pound sand! I will never use them again, for anything!
Cheers,

Sounds to me like he was A) stoopid, B) ignorant, C) engaging in a little antigun activism, or D) some combination of the above. There is no “red dot license,” as far as I know…
