Vendor Delay on order

I placed an order on December 22nd, 2025 for a Century Arms AP5 Core. Sku- 51655169115.

The customer support chat told me it comes from the vendor RSR group. I contacted RSR group and haven’t heard anything from them other than to ask for the SKU and order number. Then radio silence. PSA customer support told me simply “It’s a vendor delay” but didn’t care to discuss it anymore and just said “I don’t know”. Does anyone know what to expect from this situation? Should I be doing anything besides waiting longer? It’s not going to be months or anything is it?

The vendor is probably not going to reply to you. If it was a dropped shipped item it could be that the vendor oversold the number they had in stock (which happens sometimes) and they have to wait for more from the distributor. Your only option is probably to wait or to cancel the order (which may result in a restocking fee or a higher price the next time, not sure on that though).

Do you think it would help if I showed the vendor my feet?
