Let our Customer Service Department know if your order has passed the above ship time, and they will have your order sent to our Shipping Department to investigate the reason for the delay.
Please note that upper receivers may take up to 15 business days to ship out. Serialized items (rifles, pistols, lower receivers, etc.) may take up to 7-10 business day to ship out. Please verify that PSA has a copy of the FFL from your dealer.

I placed my order of a rifle kit on 12/25 and only my upper came in but no where does it say that the order was split up. Any chance it did get split and they didn’t notify me about it?
Complete lower kit?

In the description it states all the parts needed and says it’s included. All but the actual lower
I’d call CS, they’re not on here, but I’d imagine they’re still digging out of the whole they’re in from the busiest time of the year. I live in SC so I’m lucky to get my stuff pretty quick but not always when they’re busy.
That’s what I figured I just would’ve thought they would’ve showed it was split it rather than saying the package was delivered

How are the shipping times looking right now? Has it slowed down from the Christmas/new years season or are y’all still backed up
Ordered 2 things on Jan. 10th and had them both on the 13th and 14th.
But then again I do only live 2 hours away from their main building.

Yeah I live about 30 minutes from the Myrtle beach location so it’s not too terrible, I’m waiting on serialized items so it’s a little longer unfortunately but hopefully the load has died down a little bit from peak season
The only serialized item I have bought (So far) from PSA is a PSAK, it shipped and arrived at my local FFL in like 3 or 4 days. This was back in October.
PSA is very consistent with their delivery times, everything I order arrives within a week, even during the major holidays.
I ordered on the 22nd and it is still in processing … how long until you think it will arrive at my FFL?
