Trijicon's new RCR and RMR HD are both compatible with OPF-VP9, RMR. If you have an RCR, you must use the capstan screws that came with the RCR.
If your RMR HD came with screws, they are too long. Do not use the screws that came with RMH HD, please use the 6-32x3/8 T15 screws we provide.
Do not use our sight to plate screws with Holosun sights. The screws we supply are for Trijicon RMR and SRO only.
OPF-VP9, RMR is designed for HK VP9 and Trijicon RMR and SRO. If you use a Holosun and the long set of screws with OPF-VP9, RMR, you will damage and bend the plate. Holosun sights have 90 degree countersink screw holes, while RMR and SRO use 82 degree countersink. In addition, the supplied RMR sight to plate screws (5-32 x 3/8) are longer than what Holosun includes. Do not use our sight to plate screws with Holosun sights.
From October of 2023, we've begun to transition T10 sight to plate screws to T15.
Designed for HK VP9 and Trijicon's RMR and SRO, OPF-VP9, RMR is precision machined from 4140 steel and black nitride coated.
VP9 Tactical's taller suppressor height sights provide lower 1/3 co-witness with OPF-VP9, RMR and SRO.
Like OPF-G, RMR (For Glock MOS pistols), OPF-VP9, RMR is designed to hold the sight immobile prior to the sight to plates being torqued to spec. We cannot guarantee clones such as Holosun sights can be just as tight. We recommend US made Trijicon RMR, SRO, RMR HD, and RCR for duty and defense use.
Machined from 4140 steel and black nitrided coated.
OPF-VP9, RMR is shipped with the plate, two T20 M4 0.7mm x 8mm, plate to slide screws, four T10 6-32 x 3/8, sight to plate screws, a packet of VC-3 thread locker.
Torque value for T20 M4 0.7mm x 8mm, plate to slide screws: 20 in lb.
Torque value for T15 6-32 x 3/8, sight to plate screws is 13 in lb.
