These tabs allow the cover to rest at a greater angle when open, providing more space between the port cover and the lower receiver for easier access. This design enables users to swing the cover up or close it effortlessly. Additionally, the EPC includes a shallow circular depression on its side, offering tactile feedback to the user's finger during operation. This textured area enhances grip and control, unlike flat surfaces that lack differentiation or traction, ensuring a seamless user experience.
