The Forward Controls Design Low Snag Forward Assist (LSFA) AA is a purpose-built upgrade developed in collaboration with Hodge Defense Systems Inc. Designed to reduce snagging when running ambidextrous charging handles, the LSFA features a smooth, rimless profile that won’t catch on gear or hands.

An extended plunger pad increases usable surface area for confident engagement, while FCD’s signature dimpled (AA) texture provides a secure, non-slip thumb interface.

CNC machined from heat-treated 4130 steel and finished in black nitride/QPQ, the LSFA AA delivers exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and refined ergonomics for hard-use rifles.
