Franklin Armory's F17 V4 Complete Upper Assembly features a Free Float Handguard (fluted and vented, M-Lok compatible with an integral bipod/tripod adapter), a custom-designed 17 WSM bolt carrier group, and a gas piston system design. It also includes one 17 WSM magazine that fits with all standard MILSPEC lower receivers and custom buffer. The F17 V4 upper assembly requires an A2-style or "rifle length" bugger tube and spring for proper operation (not included).
