Designed with a focus on delivering optimal comfort and convenience, the High Ready is the ideal choice for securely carrying large-frame semiautomatic handguns during hunting, fishing, camping, or hikes in bear-inhabited areas. Worn on the chest, it ensures your handgun remains unburdened by gear around the waist or on the back, granting you the freedom to carry a rifle on either shoulder. This setup also guarantees protection for your handgun against moisture when wading and proves advantageous for various types of riding, be it on an ATV or horseback. The holster's construction begins with an innovative backing plate, crafted by layering ballistic nylon over a closed-cell foam core. The part that rests against your chest is lined with Galco Comfort Cloth, an Adaptive Performance Mesh material that offers both padding and moisture-wicking properties. Additionally, a unique harness design allows the holster to pivot at three independent attachment points, ensuring unrestricted movement and minimal hindrance. The holster component is securely fastened to the harness straps at these pivot points using metal side-release buckles that are easily operable. The harness itself features 2 inches wide tubular webbing straps that expertly distribute the weight of heavier handguns for maximum comfort. One strap drapes over each shoulder, while the second encircles your torso, ensuring efficient weight dispersion.
