The SOCOM II M1A rifle is a compact and powerful battle rifle designed for close quarters combat. However, its cluster rail system presents challenges when mounting a conventional low powered scope. To address this, an additional receiver-mounted scope base must be installed on the SOCOM II, along with a set of scope rings that are sufficiently tall to ensure the objective lens clears the top rail.
