The Griffin Armament Taper Mount EZ-Brake is a compact muzzle brake designed to function both as a recoil-reducing device and as a suppressor mounting interface within Griffin’s Taper Mount system. Precision-machined from durable stainless steel, it features the company’s tapered mounting surface to provide secure, repeatable alignment for compatible suppressors while helping protect the suppressor from blast erosion. Designed for simple installation, the EZ-Brake does not require timing, shims, or a crush washer, allowing it to be torqued directly onto the barrel threads for quick setup. With an overall length of approximately 1.4 inches, it offers a compact profile while remaining compatible with Griffin Taper Mount suppressors and adapters such as the Plan-A interface.
