Bob began in the recoil pad and scope cover department, quickly advancing to the Machine Shop where his expertise grew. Over the years, he took on key roles such as Black Oxide Finisher, Machine Operator, and Machine Setup Specialist, honing his skills and understanding of the manufacturing process. As his experience deepened, Bob progressed through positions including Davenport Lead, Machine Shop Foreman, Manufacturing Supervisor, ISO Coordinator, and ultimately Manufacturing Manager. This extensive background laid the groundwork for GrovTec's dedication to quality and innovation, establishing a legacy of excellence that continues to drive the company forward.
