PM003A AR-15/M16 Rifle Hand-guard rail is precision molded to meet MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail specifications. The rail is manufactured from a proprietary black polymer. Attachment to the rifle or carbine hand guard is by three (3) machine screws into captured nuts with mounting lugs protruding from the backside of the rail.
