The H&N Slug HP is a specialized pellet with a bullet shape, setting it apart from traditional pellets. Designed for high-powered rifles, this pellet is ideal for shooting accurately at long distances of 50, 100 or even 200 m. Its exceptionally favorable ballistic coefficient (BC) ensures a flat trajectory and excellent energy retention, making it perfect for precise targeting. The pellet is versatile, accommodating different barrel profiles, power levels and weights. For optimal performance, the rifle's muzzle energy should be at least 25 joules, though 40 to 60 joules is recommended for the best results. Each pellet undergoes visual inspection, is hand-packed and securely transported with foam pads to maintain quality and integrity.
