Much like their brass counterparts, these steel-framed models pay homage to a rich hunting legacy and the enduring significance of lever-action rifles in it, spanning well over a century and a half. These variants exude a more subdued aesthetic, featuring blued steel frames and furnishings. Furthermore, they possess a lighter weight, perfectly suited for extended treks through dense undergrowth and rugged mountain landscapes. The utilization of steel, a lighter material compared to our robust brass, coupled with sleek rounded barrels, contributes to a more streamlined hunting package that sacrifices nothing in terms of field performance. To enhance their practicality, weve incorporated our highly regarded side loading gate and a removable tube magazine configuration. Take, for instance, the H010GWL chambered in .45-70-a compact powerhouse with an 18.43 inches barrel adorned with semi-buckhorn rear sights and at all brass bead front sight. The rifle is equipped with a checkered pistol-grip walnut stock, sling swivel studs and a ventilated black rubber recoil pad to round out its features. Embracing the same intricate engraving pattern as the .45-70 brass wildlife Edition, the blued frame of this variant showcases a 24K gold relief profile of a bear on-the left side, framed by gold-accented scrollwork, lines and braided borders. Similarly, a gold relief depiction of a moose head graces the right-side of the frame.
