Constructed primarily from heavy-duty nylon laminate, the ReFlex system is robust and reliable. It is specifically designed to accommodate the medical supplies included in the U.S. Army-issued IFAK. The ReFlex carrier and med roll are available for purchase either as a complete set or individually, offering flexibility to meet diverse needs.
