The HM Defense HM50B2 Gen 2 is the next evolution of the original HM50B rifle, purpose-built for military, law enforcement, and serious long-range shooters. This bolt-action precision rifle is chambered in the powerful .50 BMG and features a 29.25-inch button-rifled barrel with a 1:15 twist, optimized for exceptional downrange accuracy. The barrel is threaded 1-14 TPI to accommodate muzzle devices or suppressors, enhancing its versatility in a variety of shooting environments.
The rifle's upper and lower receivers, along with the 14-inch free-floating Picatinny rail, are CNC-machined from aluminum to deliver strength while reducing unnecessary weight. The redesigned chassis is lighter than the previous generation and features improved geometry for rugged use in demanding field conditions. The included HM Defense machined aluminum stock is through-bolted with steel for a solid mount and offers an adjustable comb, adjustable length of pull, and a flat-bottom design with a removable Picatinny rail for monopod attachment.
The HM50B2 is also equipped with a crisp HM Target trigger and an ERGO Tactical Super Ambi grip for optimal control and comfort. Ambidextrous ergonomics make it suitable for left- or right-handed shooters, and its robust construction ensures reliable performance even in harsh, sandy, or dusty environments.
