Features
The custom-grade rifle dies are crafted from specially selected steel, meticulously hand-inspected both before and after delivery to ensure the highest quality. The steel undergoes a heat-treatment process to achieve the durability required for a lifetime of reloading. Each sizing die's interior surface is hand-polished to a mirror finish, guaranteeing a smooth die that will never scratch a case. Prior to assembly, every component is hand-inspected, and a protective coating is applied to prevent moisture damage during shipping, resulting in the most advanced reloading die set available today. The elliptical expander significantly reduces friction and case-neck stretch, common with other expanders. It is designed to thread securely, preventing it from pulling loose and eliminating the need for a separate expander die when necking up to a larger caliber. The sliding, in-line seating system ensures precise in-line bench rest alignment for every bullet seated. The sliding sleeve pre-aligns the bullet with the case-neck as they enter the die body, and as the cartridge is raised, the bullet contacts the floating steel seating stem, maintaining perfect alignment during seating.
