Encased in a mold, both sides are expertly laminated by hand with Kevlar, fiberglass and carbon fiber. This mold is then filled with a specialized, dense polyurethane foam blend. Finally, skilled artisans hand-finish each stock to perfection, ensuring it meets our rigorous standards and is ready-to meet yours.
