When paired with the right combination of choke and shot size, the Buck Kicker produces a consistent 20 inches - 22 inches pattern at 40 yd, with effective performance extending out to 60 yd. These chokes perform exceptionally well with all types of buckshot, but copper plated pellets are recommended for the best results.
