This 5.56/.223 BCG is precision machined to mil-spec standards. The full-auto-profile carrier is built from 8620 steel, case hardened, and hard turned and ground to ensure exact internal dimensions. A QPQ nitride finish replaces traditional phosphate, offering increased corrosion resistance, smoother operation, and long-term wear protection. The bolt is crafted from Carpenter 158 steel, shot peened, and hard turned to meet military requirements for strength and service life.

Each unit includes a Lantac CP-R360 domed cam pin made from 17-4PH stainless steel, hand polished and hardened to H900 condition. This design reduces friction inside the upper receiver and helps extend the overall lifespan of the operating system. The M-SPEC series is well-suited for cost-conscious builds that still demand consistent reliability and materials proven through duty-grade use.
