The LT-10 is built on LaRue’s proven MRGG-S (Mid-Range Gas Gun – Sniper) design, originally submitted for use by SOCOM. It delivers elite-level performance and durability, perfect for shooters who demand precision and reliability.

Each rifle features a fully adjustable gas system and a quick-disconnect M-LOK® handguard. The 16" model comes with a 12.4" handguard, while the 20" model includes a 15.5" handguard for ample accessory mounting options. Ambidextrous controls cover the magazine release, safety selector, bolt release, and charging handle, ensuring ease of use for all shooters.

The LT-10 ships with two LaRue Tactical magazines, available in either 10- or 20-round capacities to fit your mission or preference. Barrels are offered in .308 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor calibers, each chambered in 16" or 20" lengths. The 6.5 Creedmoor barrels feature custom spiral fluting for reduced weight and enhanced cooling.

One of the rifle’s standout features is its tool-free breakdown capability. The handguard is secured by locking stainless steel QD levers that release easily, allowing it to slide off in seconds. The barrel can be removed with the included preset torque wrench by unscrewing the barrel nut—no need to remove the gas block, gas tube, or muzzle device. Reassembly maintains point-of-impact shifts between 0.0 and 0.5 MOA, preserving zero for consistent accuracy.

The barrels are threaded 5/8 x 24 and fitted with LaRue’s smooth TranQuilo Brake (non-suppressor mount). The handguard mounts directly to the billet aluminum upper receiver, creating a true free-floating barrel system with no contact points on the barrel or barrel nut. The upper receiver also includes an enhanced barrel support device to improve precision, a feature highlighted during military trials.

A full-length zero-MOA upper rail provides plenty of room for optics and night-vision or day/night combinations. Both upper and lower receivers are CNC-machined from billet aluminum for exceptional fit, durability, and consistent performance.

The adjustable gas block allows fine-tuning of gas flow for reliable cycling, reduced recoil, and minimized wear, especially beneficial when using different ammo types or suppressors, or when shooting in challenging conditions.
