As meat passes through the grinder head, you can watch the patty well fill up; once it's full, simply slide the tray over and the patty will fall out while a second one begins to form in the adjacent well. The set includes two trays, allowing you to make 4 inches Dia or 2 1/2 inches Dia, slider-sized patties (both 3/4 inches thick). Made from durable, easy-to-clean polypropylene, this tool is built for long-lasting use. For convenience, use LEM Freezer Sheets to keep frozen patties from sticking together.
