The LMT monolithic Rail Platform (MRP ) is a patented, true monolithic rail system, precision-milled from a single-piece of aerospace-grade aluminum forging. It features two side-accessible locking bolts that secure the barrel extension, providing a 360 degree engagement. This design allows for rapid barrel removal and reinstallation, ensuring a consistent return to zero. The system supports multiple barrels of varying lengths, materials and calibers. The upper receiver includes a 19-1/4 inches picatinny rail at the 12 o'clock position, with the remaining seven sides offering M-LOK compatible attachment points. MARS-H barrels are equipped with a low-profile gas block and straight gas tube and they undergo proprietary coating and cryogenic treatment for enhanced durability. The MARS-H ambidextrous lower receiver is equipped with an EDM-machined two-stage trigger, a winter trigger guard, an endplate with a QD swivel point, an LMT ergonomic textured grip and a SOPMOD stock. Ambidextrous controls include the bolt catch and release, magazine catch and safety selector. All LMT lower receivers feature an extension tube coated with dry film lubricant. The weapon system is supplied with a magazine, an owner's manual and three rail panels.
