The LMT modular ambidextrous Rifle System (MARS ) lower receiver integrates ambidextrous controls, including the selector, magazine release and bolt catch and release. The receiver features an enhanced flared magazine well, along with ambidextrous magazine and bolt catch mechanisms, which are precision-machined directly into the receiver to optimize ergonomic functionality. This lower receiver incorporates several proprietary LMT features to augment its durability and versatility. These features include a two-stage trigger group, a winter trigger guard, an ergonomic grip, a QD endplate and a SOPMOD buttstock.
