Features
The M16-04 and 14 are full-size working knives that feature the "Carson Flipper" extension to the blade which speeds opening and acts as an additional blade guard. One hand opening and closing is velvet smooth, the result of IKBS bearings. The ambidextrous thumb stud with a checkered surface provides instant access in any circumstance. Every model features a removable black finish stainless steel pocket clip. All models of the M16 series are perfectly balanced, and every detail has a working purpose.
Kit Carson, Knifemaker's Guild Member, and designer of the M16 Series, designs for function, not a fad. Heft any M16 and you'll know what that means. For example, wide blade design for multiple and difficult tasks. Sure-grip contoured handles of Grivory with a perimeter radius for a comfortable grip with or without work gloves. It has stainless steel locking liners with friction grooves, for positive locking with limited access for superior safety. D2 tool steel blades, chosen for edge retention and durability, in a non-reflective desert tan EDP finish to match the handles. The blade features Veff Serrations on the edge for rugged cutting tasks that break down standard cutting edges.
