I would recommend these to a ar builder simply to cycle non live rounds through your rifle safely.
These are good for racking one back and dry firing and or ejecting from your rifle, especially on a new build. You can text your bolt catch on last round or just see how well it can cycle.

Perfect for the actual intended purpose...
These dummy rounds are primarily used to "slip" into your magazines with live ammo to randomly simulate failures to feed and failures to fire, so you can practice malfunction clearing on the range. These were not intended to prove action function. The plastic is supposed to be soft so it will not damage the receiver, etc. If you need action proving rounds that eject and feed properly, use aluminum snap caps.

Not worth buying.
Not worth buying, except as toys. The soft plastic gouges and gets hung up in the chamber. First one ejects, second one gets stuck every time.

Total Crap
I tried loading them in an AR-15. The first one wouldn't eject, so the second one got stuck in between the bolt and the chamber. The soft plastic was immediately destroyed. I had to throw them away after one attempt to cycle them through the magazine.
