The NATO Stanag compatible rings measure 0.585 inches and 0.705 inches, respectively. Designed to withstand significant recoil and support large, heavy scopes, the Ruger-specific dovetail Warne Maxima rings are machined to exacting tolerances to ensure proper fit and function, given the proprietary mounting rail designs of different firearm manufacturers. The fixed rings for Ruger 77-series bolt action rifles utilize four T-15 Torx-style socket cap screws for secure and permanent optics mounting. A Ruger-specific scalloped recoil control key ensures positive engagement with the receiver dovetail.
