Mesa Tactical polymer shotshell carriers offer a superior alternative for professional operators who prioritize quality, performance and durability. These carriers stand out as a cost-effective option compared to the consumer-grade plastic shell holders available from other manufacturers. The SureShell polymer shotshell carriers are constructed from robust, impact-resistant polymer and are available in a six-shell configuration. The shell holders are injection-molded from glass-filled polymer and are attached to the receiver using a lightweight aluminum backplate with brass threaded inserts. The SureShell polymer carrier incorporates an innovative dual rubber friction system that securely retains the shotshells. Certain models include high-temperature adhesive-backed, die-cut rubber gaskets to protect the finish of the host shotgun. The SureShell receiver mounting system for Remington 870, 1100 and 11-87 shotguns employs a combination of steel fasteners threaded into a steel pin at the rear and paired Chicago screws at the front, ensuring a secure attachment without the risk of pinching the receiver. The mounting plate is designed with a window over the shotgun serial number location, facilitating easier inventory management for armorers. Models are available with or without integral picatinny rails for optics mounting. Consistent with all SureShell carriers, the new polymer SureShell shotshell carriers are engineered to perform reliably in all climates and environments, enduring the rigorous use typical of arsenal weapons. This system ensures that shells are securely held in place until needed, at which point they are easily accessible and can be swiftly removed for rapid reloading.
