It receives NOAA Weather Service alerts, as well as AM/FM radio, and features multiple power options including a rechargeable 2600 mAh lithium-ion battery, a solar panel, and a hand crank for use when other power sources aren’t available. The package includes the radio with its rechargeable battery, a micro-USB charging cable, quick start guide, and owner’s manual, and it can also operate with backup power from six AA batteries (not included). In addition to weather alerts, the ER310 has a built-in flashlight with an SOS strobe and an ultrasonic dog whistle that can assist search and rescue efforts, and it can charge compatible phones and tablets through a USB connection.
