A full stainless steel frame is paired with an ergonomic orange ABS handle featuring a soft-touch gray TPR grip, a jimped spine, and an hourglass pivot for enhanced control in wet or slippery conditions. Overall length with a boning blade installed measures 11.5 inches, and the knife weighs 5.9 ounces with one blade installed.
