Our primary emphasis has been on improving the performance and reliability of the AR platform through innovative barrel designs. The implementation of the caliber matched gas system (CAMGAS) allows us to finely adjust the gas system to match each cartridge and barrel length. While the AR-15 and AR-10 were originally optimized for 223REM, 5.56x45mm and 308 win/7.62 NATO rounds, the introduction of higher-performance options like the 22 Nosler and 6.5 Creedmoor has increased bore pressure further down the barrel. Through strategic port repositioning, we maintain the original gas system pressure of the AR platforms, resulting In reduced recoil, minimized receiver fouling, enhanced extraction reliability and reduced brass wear. This leads to improved target accuracy and extended shooting sessions, all while leveraging the capabilities of advanced high performance cartridges.
