Our bolt-action barrels are customizable in terms of caliber, length, contour and twist rate, providing extensive options to suit your specific needs. Upon receipt, your bolt-action barrel is ready for threading and chambering by your trusted gunsmith. Proof Research's barrel blanks can be finished with a variety of custom chambers tailored to both standardized and wildcat cartridges, based on the preferences of the gunsmith and end user. It's important to note that while our barrels are designed to operate safely with the majority of established cartridges within SAAMI and CIP pressure limits, performance in terms of accuracy, muzzle velocity and bullet stability may vary, especially with wildcat cartridges lacking standardized chambers, designs or pressure limits.
