The threadless barrel design ensures effortless installation and removal for easy cleaning. Crafted from hardened stainless steel and 416R SS, respectively, both the Afterburner compensator and Ramjet barrel feature a durable Radianite coating. This coating offers exceptional low friction, high hardness and superior corrosion resistance, ensuring long-lasting durability and mitigating muzzle blast erosion. The Afterburner's angled front faces facilitate smooth holstering, while the innovative Intra-Lok mounting system employs a taper lock principle. A tapered locking screw engages with an angled V-groove on the barrel underside, perfectly timing the compensator's lock onto the barrel's muzzle end. This system allows for straightforward and repeatable installation, simply slide the compensator over the barrel, insert and tighten the locking screw. Additionally, it enables easy barrel removal from the slide for maintenance. When installed on a Glock G19, the Afterburner + Ramjet combo extends the slide length to match a G17, ensuring compatibility with all G17 holsters for seamless carry and deployment.
