The VanGuard 2 is a minimalist IWB holster. Unlike traditional IWB holsters, the VG2 covers only the trigger guard of your weapon. This item is the lanyard holster kit only. Each VG2 holster shell will come with a 24, length of braided nylon cord. This kit functions just like the Original VanGuard. This is a great option to keep a VG2 everywhere you might need one. You can always upgrade a VG2 shell into the full IWB holster kit by ordering a VG2 Strut Kit should you want to in the future.
