RCBS Full-Length Die Sets are expertly crafted from proprietary die steel and precision-machined to exacting standards, ensuring optimal performance for hand-loaders. Each set includes two key dies: a Full-Length Sizer Die and a Bullet Seating Die, designed specifically for reloading bottleneck cases. The Full-Length Sizer Die features an Expander-Decapping Unit that sizes the case to SAAMI minimum cartridge dimensions, de-primes and expands the neck for proper bullet seating. To ensure smooth operation, the die is equipped with vents that prevent damage from trapped air and excessive lubricant. Additionally, it maintains tight headspace tolerances, ensuring no changes to the case body length during sizing. The Bullet Seating Die includes a Seater Plug and a built-in roll crimper, which both seats the bullet and securely crimps it in place for consistent, reliable ammunition every time.
