The dies undergo heat treatment in atmospherically controlled furnaces and are hand-polished to ensure smooth and flawless operation. These processes ensure that the dies maintain their tolerances and have a lifetime of durability. Each die is inspected and ultrasonically cleaned prior to packaging.
