The Special Expander Die offers a unique design that performs four essential functions to optimize bullet alignment and case preparation. The smooth entry radius guides the case into the die, followed by the perfect expanding diameter to create the ideal press fit for bullets. A concentric ring on the upper section of the expander slightly increases the case mouth diameter, facilitating perfect alignment for precise bullet seating. Additionally, the die's final taper creates a "bellmouth" effect on the case mouth when needed, particularly useful when working with lead bullets, ensuring both enhanced performance and ease of use.
