So much for Ruger quality control and customer service.
Always used the 10 rd rotary mags and sorry I wasted money on the BX-25s. 4 out of 4 constantly jammed in a custom 10/22 with an excellent Kidd barrel and trigger group, a factory take down model, and a charger pistol. Never had a problem with any ammo in the 10 rd mags except Win M22 45gr subsonic, think this is more for an AR platform. Quality control at Ruger does not exist, I say this because the fit and finish varies fro mag to mag. The solid black BX 25s are so loose in the mag well that most of the time the feed is out of alignment, the mags with one clear side are fitted together so poorly that I had to file/sand them down to even get them into the guns (all 3 guns) because of the mismatched pieces. Shrinkage rates when molding plastic parts must be taken into consideration and the clear and black sides did not shrink at the same rate leaving the clear side larger than the black side. All of my firearms are maintained properly and kept clean. The fact that after filing and sanding I got the clear sided ones to fit and work flawlessly (not one FTF in about 1500 rds) is a clear indication that the magazines are the issue, not the firearms. The solid black mags are just too small and loose. Check out You Tube and see all of the videos and thousands of comments regarding BX-25 issues. One European guy actually applied liquid metal (JB Weld) to his black mags to tighten the fit and it works. In the words of my European friend, "Shame on you Ruger." Another guy wrapped electrical tape around the mag to get it to work properly. Buy the cheap Champion mags and modify them, why pay more for something you are going to have to fix anyway. Firearms should be reliable, they are supposed to be. I cannot believe that Ruger continues to sell flawed product knowing that there thousands of complaints out there. The Champions I just purchased are just as loose as the black BX-25s and thanks to the guy in Europe I know what needs to be done, already bought the JB Weld.

Great Magazine
I have had 2 of these Mags with very few problems of any kind.
I use them in a Target Tactical 1022 and have ordered 2 more.

Fun idea but a lot of Jams
I bought this to go with my 10/22 and thought it would be fun. It jams a lot for me even with CCI. Which is sad. But maybe i just had bad luck. But I am gonna stick to the 10 round mags instead of these.
