Poor quality control? Lasted 8 shots? Customer service issues?
The good: amazing trigger feels great, so heavy there is no recoil felt Id have been excited to teach my little ones to shoot if the firearm was able to function.
On the other hand:
Out of the box the bolt was so tight it was hard to use. The extractor wouldn't eject any casings had to manually remove each round. About 10 rounds in the extractor is bent and fired a round upon sending the bolt home and would not function at all after that. Waiting on customer service at this point hopefully I don't have to send them this and wait months for another update.

Excellent, High-Quality Rimfire rifle, excellent price
This rifle has a very nice cold hammer forged barrel. It's the nicest I've seen on any .22 rifle. A nice two stage trigger, a very adjustable butt stock (as you can see in the pictures), it utilizes 10-22 magazines. has a very nice, heavy and smooth lever action bolt. I've owned a lot of nice rifles and the fit, feel and quality of the Precision Rimfire feels more like a $600 - $800 competition rifle, not a $350-$380 rifle (which is practically the dealer cost). I highly recommend this rifle, especially at this price. It is an excellent bargain.

Awesome fun shooter
I was looking for a mag fed, bolt action .22 to start teaching my boys the fundamentals of shooting. The big boy versions of this gun have a great reputation and this one takes 10/22 mags that I already own, so it seemed like a no brainer to try it out. I’m sure glad I did. Took me 2 rounds to get zeroed. When it was time for my oldest (11) to get behind the glass, it didn’t disappoint. His first shoots and he was hitting steel at 100 yards, then 200. I was impressed with the gun and my boy. They are picky when it comes to ammo if you want the tightest groups possible. They really seem to like ELEY ammo. Sub MOA is not unrealistic. The 2 star review guy was using they wrong ammo. CCI is just a plinking round to this gun.

So Impressed!
Zereod it in at 50 yards and it’s a tack-driver! Heavy frame means so little kick. Super comfortable to shoot and always fun with the bolt action. Looks mean... Love this gun!

More than meets expectations!
I think it is pretty crazy to expect a $400 rifle to shoot like an Anschutz match gun. What would it take for Mr. 2-star review to give it 5 stars? 1/4 MOA?

This rifle does exactly what it is supposed to do: mimic a full-sized precision rifle for training purposes.

OK but not great
I bought this rifle as a precision .22lr, but I don't feel that it has delivered. I have many other Ruger products and have always been very happy with them.

I just haven't been able to get consistent sub-MOA accuracy that I was hoping for. I've tried all kinds of ammo including expensive match-grade stuff, torquing the stock screws (per the manual), shooting 100's of rounds, thorough cleanings and everything else that I can think of but I just can't get CONSISTENT sub-MOA groups at 50 yards. Could be me, could be the rifle, could be the ammo, could be the earth's rotation.

The attached pictures are fairly typical of my results when using pretty much ANY standard velocity ammo, including premium $20/box bullets. The fast stuff throws a larger group so I tend to not use too much of that with this rifle.

I really want to like this gun but it feels like a project and I was hoping to just purchase and shoot and that it would wow me. I'm still waiting for that part.
Six groups from 1 shooting session. All details are in the picture.
The 6 groups on the left are Lapua Polar Biathlon, the 6 on the right are RWS Target Rifle ammo.

Always puts a smile on my face.
Quite possibly the most fun firearm I’ve purchased. I always have a good experience with PSA whether I’m ordering online or browsing in store. I never thought I would have this much fun with a .22LR. After zero, walked out to 100 yards dialed up 5.25 MOA and it was spot on. I can’t wait to shoot at further distances with this rifle. Whether hunting squirrel, rabbit, plinking, competition, or using this as a trainer for other long range rifles the Ruger Precision Rimfire is perfect. The adjustable LOP and comb height could not be better. Can be adjusted down to fit anyone with small arms and out far enough to fit your average male ( 5’11 200lbs ). I’ve got about 300 rounds through it an have no complaints yet. If you are in an awkward position and there is a forward or aft pressure on the magazine that could cause a feed issue when pushing the bolt forward, but that is easily remedied by jiggling the mag to center it. This rifle is well suited for professionals and weekend plinkers alike. I would recommend this rifle to anyone in the market for a bolt action .22LR.
25 rounds on a 3 inch steel plate from 100yards using a vortex 2-7x32. I could not be more happy.
