Safariland's Model 578 GLS Pro-Fit holster is designed specifically to fit wide frame, long slide pistols, and combines the innovative GLS™ (Grip Lock System), customizable ProFit™, and ergonimic SafariSeven™ technology to deliver a robust holster that can be customized and adjusted to securely fit over 175 handguns. The GLS™ system works to automatically secure the weapon when holstered and releases it upon application of the middle finger for a more intuitive and safer release. SafariSeven™ is non-abrasive to the firearm finish, and enhances durablity with its ability to tolerate extreme temperatures. Holster includes an injection-molded paddle and an injection-molded adjustable belt loop for cross draw capability.
