The mounting surface is compatible with 1/4-20 threaded scopes and supports a mating surface of up to 1-3/4 inches by 2-1/4 inches, accommodating nearly all field and spotting scopes with threaded mounts. Typically, the scope is mounted on the left side of the bench, enabling the user to simply shift their head from the riflescope to observe shooting results.
